This policy explains what information the Salon Partner website (salonpartner.in) collects and how it is used. Salon Partner is run by Krishna Solanki in Mumbai, India.

What this website collects

This website collects the details you submit in the demo request form. It uses Google Analytics only if you agree to it in the cookie banner. It does not use advertising trackers.

Demo request form: when you submit the form on the Contact page, we receive your name, mobile number, business name, city, and any optional details you add (business type, number of chairs, plan, email, message). The submission is stored in a private Google Sheet in our Google account and emailed to us via Gmail, so Google processes it on our behalf. If you choose "send it on WhatsApp" instead, the details open as a WhatsApp message that you send yourself.
WhatsApp, phone and email: if you message, call or email us, we receive the details you share in that conversation, such as your name, number and business details.
Hosting logs: our hosting provider, Netlify, may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages you request, to deliver and secure the website.
Google Analytics (only with your consent): if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location (city/country), device and browser type, how you arrived, and clicks on our WhatsApp, phone and email links. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) to do this, and IP addresses are anonymised. If you click "Decline", Google Analytics does not load. Your choice is remembered in your browser, and you can change it any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
Fonts: the website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google and shares your IP address with Google.

How we use your information

We use the details you send us only to reply to you, arrange a demo, and provide or set up Salon Partner for your business. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Third parties

Information you choose to send through WhatsApp, phone or email is also handled by those services under their own privacy policies (WhatsApp/Meta, your telecom provider, Google for Gmail). Website hosting is provided by Netlify, demo requests are stored with Google (Google Sheets and Gmail), fonts by Google Fonts, and, if you consent, analytics by Google Analytics (Google LLC), which may process data outside India.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages and contact details for as long as needed to respond to you and serve you as a customer, and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw consent to being contacted, or to analytics cookies (using "Cookie settings"), at any time. Write to us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
